Nh Ciudad De Zaragoza Hotel, Zaragoza

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and super friendly staff. The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the gourmet dining options were a highlight. However, the shower handle had a minor issue and it was a bit pricier compared to previous hotels visited. Overall, a great choice for a modern and comfortable stay in Zaragoza.

I was a bit disappointed as the room didn't have the views I expected from the website, but it was modern and clean, equipped with a shower and tub. The room was a bit on the small side and felt under-equipped. The service was outstanding, with very efficient and friendly staff who were always trying to assist us. The location was perfect for sightseeing, with many dining options nearby, although it was a bit tricky to approach the hotel by car due to the tram lines. The dining experience was good with a variety of breakfast choices, but I found it overrated in terms of price-to-quality ratio. The hotel has a great location near the historic center and offers convenient access to transportation and attractions.

I couldn't have asked for a better location; just near the heart of the city with cozy restaurants around. The rooms, though a bit small for my liking, were meticulously maintained. The added touch of complimentary water and a Nespresso machine made my stay more delightful. However, having a street-facing window meant some noise. The air conditioning kept us comfortable throughout.

My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, facing the back of the property with lovely views of La Pilar Square and the old town walls. They were kept spotless, and we even received complimentary bottles of water daily. The only downside was the occasional shortage of mugs and tea strainers. The service was impeccable, and the staff showed genuine warmth towards our pet, providing him with dog bowls and a cozy bed. The location couldn't have been better, being right in the center of town, next to the Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar and just a short walk to the tapas district. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel while touring Zaragoza. The rooms were amazing with a very large, comfortable bed and bedding; however, they are not soundproof. The location is superb for exploring the old town and enjoying the tapas bars, although a bit tricky to reach by car.
